Hello, i'm Kris. I'm a transfer student from Old Dominion University, located in Norfolk Virginia. Currently this is my second year at UNL, i'm a Fine Arts major with an emphasis in graphic design. My hobbies are soccer, skateboarding, music.
This class will be interesting for me because i'm forced to look at food a little different then others. A few years ago, i was diagnosed with Crohns, so it is important to my health that i eat right. This class has been helpful with my understanding of our country's food, and the process it goes through to get on our plates. I will continue to show my view on food through my artwork for this class.
